Self-assembly of the bZIP transcription factor ΔFosB

Published in Current Research on Structural Biology, 2019

Our data suggest that, as ΔFosB accumulates in brain in response to chronic insult, it forms non-canonical assemblies.

Discovery of phenanthridine analogues as novel chemical probes disrupting the binding of DNA to ΔFosB homodimers and ΔFosB/JunD heterodimers

Published in Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2020

We describe the identification of a novel phenanthridine analogue ZL0220 (27) as an active and promising ΔFosB chemical probe with micromolar inhibitory activities against ΔFosB homodimers and ΔFosB/JunD heterodimers.

Patency outcomes of primary Inferior vena cava repair in radical nephrectomy & tumor thrombectomy

Published in Journal of Vascular Surgery, 2023

We sought to systematically evaluate the outcomes of IVC patency over short- to intermediate-term follow-up for patients undergoing primary repair of IVC and to assess the association with survival.
